Hi
I have earned score of 1300 in GRE and 93 in TOEFL iBT. But my GPA is 2.45/4 in MsC Mechanical Engineering. Moreover, I have 12 research projects, 2 papers which are being processed, 3 publications (essays) and 1 patent. How much is my chance to gain admission in US Universities in MS or PhD programs within rank of 600-900? Please tell me which US versities would I apply to gain admission with financial aid. I need an urgent and exact response.
