It looks like few H1B Visa 2009 application filed under Advanced Degree quota with regular processing have received receipt notice. I haven't seen any status for H1B Applications filed under regular processing in General Quota. Use H1B Tracker to check for H1b Visa status.

Once USCIS receive the applications, unique bar code was attached to the application and that bar code was used for random lottery selection. If the application selected will be then checked if its submitted under regular h1b processing or h1b premium processing.
