I would like to know about www.sans.edu and www.eccuni.us which provide MS in Information Security. They are the pioneers in Information Security when it comes to certificates. But i m not sure about these universities , I am in dilemma, whether to take up certification or do MS in information security . I have already completed Ethical Hacking course offered by the EC-COUNCIL.Kindly let me know about the pros and cons of the university.
USA University Accreditation
In the website address, both of them have mentioned that are accredited. This is what is been mentioned in their website. But I m not sure about the rating of the University. Kindly let me know .

Which implies, they are in the process of getting regionally accredited. I wouldn’t select schools or programs that are not regionally accredited.
IF you want to do MS in information security, apply for Northeastern University (MS in Information Assurance), Johns Hopkins University(MS in Security Informatics). These are the top universities which provide MS in IS. They are accredited by NSA (National Security Agency) and DHS (Department of Homeland Security).There are many other universities too.
