Can i still apply for Fall 2011?
Is there anyway i can even apply for spring.
I am not very particular about scholarship or good university..Am a 2009 btech passout with 65%.
When should i write my GRE in a case to move earliest.

Earliest you can apply is Fall 2012, which would start in August 2012.
Spring 2012 starts on Jan, 2012.

I pursued M.Sc Chemistry from JNTU, now i am having GRE & TOEFL coaching. In the month of march i can produce my results. Is it possible for me to get admission for fall 2012. Kindly give me some list of universities in U.S for Ph.D. I have 83% in M.Sc and i have one paper publication from my academic project work.

Although it is too late for fall 2011 classes, January is certainly a possibility. There are plenty of schools that would accept a qualified applicant for programs like MS / MA as late as a few days before classes start. Get busy looking at application processes right away and good luck.
I wud suggest..come to US on tourist visa..depending upon emergency….a MS degree wud stik wid u lifelong….go to that with a coolmind…eventually wen things are normalized

Yes you can apply because certain universities receive application till late march. Take GRE before middle of JAN. Check whether dates are available at http://www.ets.org
