So, I’m finally in San Francisco to pursue my MS at USF.
I have an Apple Macbook Pro that I had purchased back in India and the power adapter that came with it wouldn’t work here; and I wasn’t ready to spend more money to buy a new one and so, I was in a fix.
I anyway took my Macbook Pro and the original adapter to the Apple Store to find a solution to the problem and guess what?
I got a brand new charger for free without being asked further questions!! I also got to keep my old one and was told to use it when I return back to India!!
All this in 5 minutes!!

Nd you can buy lot many Maruti 800 for a Merc or multi Merc for a Lamborghini…My friend it depends upon your status and taste…but I feel sorry for ppl who miss amazing stuff money can buy to save nd pile up…I am firm believer dat something is worth buying when its truly Owner’s Pride and Neighbors’ Envy
I have heard, there is some place where apple guys simple give away their entire range of products for free! They dont even care to see who is the customer, forget about asking anything! Ha ha!
Dude, They charge so exorbitantly high for their products, they can easily afford to give away few ones for free!
Just imagine, for the given cost of macbook you could have bought at least 3 windows laptops with awesome latest configuration

I had my entire iphone4S got replaced after it fell into water. Though it took them 20 minutes. But still, I was amazed and so thankful to them.

Welcome to American customer care. Soon, you will also realize that you don’t need to prove the problems to customer service in USA. If you say that your phone loses network once every few days and need a restart to fix it, that’s good enough a reason to replace it.
