Hello guys. , my name is Aziz and I’m 17 year old from Saudi Arabia. I study at Najd National schools for boys which is not an international school , which means that our main curriculum is not in English and it’s in Arabic.I would love to study in the states but I didn’t do the SAT and I don’t think I’m doing it , but I’m sure doing the toefl , so I would like to know what are the good universities that offer this thing? No SAT and yes for toefl!! , plz if anyone knows plz do tell me , and plz no state universities , bs the most important thing that they should be good!! My Interview date for FI is approaching[JULY 20] and i still have’nt got my TOEFL score card.my score is 90/120.i had written my TOEFL on April 24,2010 & have written many emails to them and in their last email they said [a duplicate score card has been sent to you on 21st june & would reach in 4 weeks] they mentioned my postal address in the email which is completely correct.keeping the postal delays apart! why in the world i haven’t still got my score report??.i don’t live in some remote place where postal delay happens oftenly[that's what they did to me with my gre card as well]what if VO asks me about my TOEFL card?[most likely he would!!]the only thing that i have to show to them is the PRINTOUTS of my SCORES which i think can be tampered with.one more thing i have as a proof is the UNIZ correspondence in which it says that TOEFL SCORES are verified[i had given them MY TOEFL USERID &KEY] and moreover my I-20 mention that student has the required PROFICIENCY.kindly encourage me HSB and fellow mates.i am in dire straits and having sleepless nights.

Currently I am in US and given the toefl, I got very less score of 55. But I got 23- speaking, 17- writing and also hold residency status of more than 12 months. Also have some credits in Masters degree in my home country?Can I get admission with these requirements or do I need to retake the test again.

It depend on the University you are planning to apply. Total TOEFL score is that counts. Credits from your home country will not help you here. What is your Visa status? Check with the Universities you are planning to apply about TOEFL requirements and residency requirements.

My toefl score is 78. I know its too low, many universities ask for minimum 80 in toefl. Like i send my toefl score in University of Arizona and university of Florida.
I got admit from UFL but Unv of arizona is saying i am not satisfying the minimum requirement.
So i have taken the test again. Result is expected towards the end of this month..
But now the problem is deadlines for my 3-4 universities has passed.
So I am very much confused whether i should take chances and apply in other universities with my old score or shall i wait for my new score and then apply.
