A Word of Caution for IUB aspirants

I have got reviews that IUB doesn’t have Career Fair at it’s campus. So that poses a big problem for Students. Also, two of my Father’s acquaintances who were students at IUB told him that no companies came for recruitment at IUB. The guy had to go through a lot of hassles before finally getting a job in San Diego, California but his wife is still jobless. Please check about this from current and past students of IUB.

The reality to the comments is actually true, but that’s the understanding and view - students from India have about U.S. Universities. Some students after completing Masters degree don’t care to put enough effort to search for jobs. They find a Indian Consulting firm, and join them, add fake experience in their resumes and there they go.

Not all Universities have very good Career Fair to recruit engineering major students. Reality is different, in India almost every student graduating from Engineering course ( Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, ..) get recruited by Software Company. But, her in U.S. its lot different on how the students search for job. ( more details about Job Search methods in U.S. )
