2 Weeks into May and those who have applied for H1B Visa are still waiting to hear for the lottery results. Last 3 days, there have been many comments about their status of H1B Visa.
I guess many of us are waiting to know the results for lottery process. Also my employer has applied for me on 1st Apr, but still no information from him!

My petition was filed on April 6th in Masters cap under premium processing. My lawyer still did not receive the receipt number from USCIS. Are there still chances for positive response? Can you give me an idea how long it may take?
I applied for h1b through a us company . i didn’t receive any feedback . i will ask him, so he told me it will take a time and actual picture come in a month of July . My question what he is telling is correct or not ?
According to USCIS, they will try to send all the H1B Receipt Number before June 2. So, there is still time to know the status. Few of my friends who have applied through regular processing have received the receipt numbers. So, keep your fingers crossed and be positive.

My case was under master’s quota and I have’nt received my receipt until now, i asked my employer a couple of times and they said they will inform me when they hear back from the lawyer. I am really tensed now, because all my other friends have received their receipts.

Rahul When did you receive your EAC # ? Do we still have chances, i am waiting for my rejection letter now :((
After you receive your EAC # you can go to http://www.uscis.gov and check the status of your case online.

i have appailed for h1 visa and i had not receive any information from the uscic my constanlant told me to wait till dec i want to know about my approval status and when will the quota will be open for the h1 visa
