    Mr.raghu my sister is Gynecologist & she get paid better than australia & US, only in india.

    Better Education does not always mean better Salary. It is always a question of Demand and Supply of Skills. I did Staffing at California in Year 2005-2006 and continue to do Staffing.

    1. MS degree , J2EE Architect with 12 years experience – US Citizen – Contract Rate = $75/per hour

    2. B.com degree from India and 8 Years experience as PeopleSoft DBA – Rate offered = $135/- per hour.

    There were less Peoplesoft DBAs available but more J2EE Architects available
