Question on Low GRE Score
I have GRE Score 850, Can I get student education loan approval to study in US?
GRE Score and loan approval are not related. GRE Score is required by Universities to determine if you are competent enough to study in the University you plan to apply for admission. This is what happens
- Write GRE & TOEFL
- Apply for Admission to Graduate School in US
- Send all required admission documents and forward GRE and TOEFL Score
- If university decides on you eligibility
- If you are admitted, they will send admission acceptance letter and form I-20
- Use I-20 and admission letter to get Student Education Loan
- Use the loan approval to get student Visa ( F-1 Visa)
So, GRE Score is not related to getting education loan. Good GRE Score will help you get into good university/college. Admission from University will help you get student loan. With Admission from good university and education loan approval, you can get student visa. So, you get the connection.
I'm a final year Mechanical Engg student and want to pursue M.S. in Energy Engineering in U.S.A. in FALL 2011. But my GRE score is 880 and 3.0 in A.W. My academic percentage are 54% in second and third year and expect 66+ in final year.
Am I eligible to apply for Fall 2011?

i have 74% in 10th
in 12th i have 72 % and in my b.tech (c.s.e) i have 62% with 2 backlogs (all cleared in 1st attempt) i have not written ma toefl yet and have my Toefl exam on 12th september , i want to know if i can get admission in any good univ in us with this score with the specialization in i.t or networking. please reply….waiting for ur reply to proceed further

My name is satish kumar,I have given two attempts for F1 visa in nov2008, but i was rejected.Here i am mentioning some reasons which i think are pointed.
1 My percentage which is (57)
2My undergraduate programme is mechanical but masters program which i went was electrials and communications
3 My gre score which is less (840)
And know i have applied for two universities and i got the admission from them,I want to go with Lawrence technological university,In this univ i have my favorate course that is Masters in automotive engineering.so now,I want to know whether their will be any impact of my past rejections.I want a possible suggestions for the above mentioned reasons for which i was rejected in the past and Possible answers for low gre scores and less percentage.

heyyy my gre score is 820(verbal 300,quants 520) my TOEFL score is 90..my academic percent is 78..no backlogs..can i apply to universities for MS in Biotechnology..please help!!
