I’m responding to few comments. all the comments was from different people, but the theme was the same. Is there a way to find out if my employer filed my H1B Visa 2009. I have written about this in last few articles about different ways to track your H1b Visa 2009 application status and H1B Visa 2009 Lottery Results.
Answer is no. There is no way you for you to know if your Employer has filed your H1B Visa application. Only way to know is to ask your employer if your H1B Visa is filed with USCIS. You can ask your employer to send you the copy of application that was submitted to USCIS along with FedEx or other courier service receipt number. Other that that, you don’t have have any other option. But, once you receive your H1B Visa 2009 application receipt, you can track the status online.
