It’s already end of October, I want to know when to apply for Fall 2010 semester?

If you just want to study in some US University and get exposure to US education system, there are Universities that accept International student’s applications till July 2010. Yes, there are Universities in US that have deadlines till July 2010, for semester starting at Aug/Sep 2010.

Hi I am aiming for the Fall 2010 admission ,I am interested to pursue my MS in the lifescience domain I am writing GRE in the month of JAN
Is it too late for the Fall 2010 and what are the chances of getting the scholarship.
I am an Undergraduate student BE in ece, graduating in Aug 2010, i have very less scores till 7th sem, so applying with such scores would be waste. I am planning to apply with my 8th sem scores for next fall season. [ i am from vtu, just 61% so far, 4 backs al clrd] so only i will increase it to near 65% and then apply. But is it going to reduce my chances. I am really in a dilemma please sort this issue
Shall i apply this fall only, or next fall
Also i am considering spring application, but many say intakes are very low in spring
Also, since my scores are very low, i also wont get RA opportunity in IISc, (were there any previous students with similar dilemma) other than IISc where can we find RA ships, such that it helps my chances for admission
