I have very low TOEFL score. I would like to apply for the unviersities which have no requirement of TOEFL and only based on bachelor degree GPA's. I have very good GPA in bachelor degree. I heard of one such University Concord University at Wisconsin. But it has only MBA programs and no MS programs in that University. I would like to do my MS in Chemistry.
