Thank you. Yeah after 2 very difficult RFEs, I finally got it, thank GOD. I believe if I could get it, everybody can get it. In this case, my company supported me so much by using very professional paralegals and lawyers.

Hi All,
I have my approved H1B but i have one query about the change in consulate.For stamping my consulate is Mumbai-India, but currently i m staying in Vietnam so i want to do stamping in Vietnam only. So guies wht is the procedure to change the consulate?? Is their any specific form (I-824) we need to fill? Please let me know if someone knows it.

Hi All
Can anybody tell me is there any RFE deadline ? because almost 1.5 months have been passed , my employer is not confirming me the correct date

Hi Harry,
Yes every REF has a End Date which is mentiond in the REF that is sent by USCIS to your employer. But this seems to me that USCIS is accepting response even if REF end date is passed.

I am happy to inform you all taht i finally got my approval. Please find the details below.
Visa Category : H1B- General
Petition filed: 04 April 09
Reciept recived: 15 May 09
RFE sent date : 28 August 09
RFE answered : 28 Sep 09
Approval notice sent: 30 sep 09 (the status changed online)
Approval recived : 05 oct 09 (hard copy recived by employer)After getting the Receipt number in May, the status didn't change till 28 Aug and RFE was requested. It was really frustrating but at the end i recieved the approval.
