I had got a denial letter 1.5 month back saying that I didnt reply to their RFE within given time. Thats why they are denying my H1. I was surprised as I hadnt received any query from them. My status was Recieved and Pending n later on it got changed to denial notice sent.
My employer updated them that we havent recieved any query. Now they have reopened my case. Now my status is Post Decision Activity.

Case status on 13th Aug : Denial notice sent (without any RFE stating we didnt reply to RFE) (reply to this was sent by employer ...time period was till 30th sept)
Case Reopened: 1st Oct
Case Status: Post decision Activity
What will be the result of this? Will they approve my case? They had mistakenly denied it before but will it affect my approval?
Is there anyone who had the same case as mine? Your replies will be helpful.
