My H1 B was denied after 2 RFE's , my employer decided to File MTR. Its been close to a month , i have still not received an receipt number. Can anyone till me how long it would take to get a receipt number after filing an MTR?

I got denial notice today. MY status updated after 9 days of RFE response.....I dont know wat i can do now....

i'm still waiting for my approval,and everyday i get a little more anxious. my LuD keeps on changing. here are the details:
Received Date: August 20, 2009
Notice Date: August 24, 2009
Processing Center: CA
Regular or Premium Processing: Regular
Masters or General Quota: Bachelors
Online Case status: Case Received and Pending
RFE Receive: October 9, 2009
LUD: October 9, 12, 20how do i know if ever i get 2nd rfe? my lawyer doesnt update me much. please help.

Is there anyone who applied H1B on 1st April and still waiting for the result?
I applied on 1st april, replied for ref on 7th Sep but didn't get any result till now.

Petition filed: 01 April 09
Reciept recived: 29 Apirl 09
RFE sent date : 17 August 09
RFE answered : 02 Sep 09
Approval notice sent: 27 oct 09 (the status changed online)After getting the Receipt number in Apirl, the status didn't change till 17 Aug and RFE was requested. It was really frustrating but at the end i recieved the approval.

Was the last update date changed before you received the approval?
