I got an USCIS denial decision today.
Can anybody check with their employer if they are interested in filing more H1B. I am a C/C++, Embedded developer, working in Telecom domain currently.Thanks...

i got the notice of denial as well after frequent LUD changes. if i am to appeal, I think it will take months and even years.

it depends on the reason of the denial if you can file for an appeal or a motion to reconsider. i believe though that the processing takes a while. another is to find a another employer to sponsor you.
