The documents from employer which they ask to submit are several, however they asked me to submit the following:
1- Income Tax Returns for the last 2 years
2- Financial Statements for the last 2 years
3- Notarized list of all employees which should state their designation, their salary, start and end date as well as their Immigration Status
4- Contract between the US Employer and the company where you will work(which I was not eligible for as I am working directly with the employer, not through consulting company.
5- Last 3 quarter Wage Reports.Hope this information will help you.

Thanks for the info. So it's almost the month since you have submited ur docs. Wish you best of luck. Do let us know with the status of your case whenever changes. I am in the same boat and might call them in a couple of weeks for the status.

BTW how do you know they got the docs on 17?did u check with Amex or asked the consulate?

Hello
I called and confirmed from the consulate.
Good news is that I have received my passport back with the VISA. I just got it yesterday along with my educational docs. Though my husband's passport was not in there.
So I called the embassy again and asked them and they said that is also in the final stages and you should get it within a week. So I am keeping my fingers crossed that they also issue visa to my husband.
