Congrats. So when are you planning to fly? Is it mentioned somewhere in the Visa that you cant fly out before 25th September as Visa validity starts from 1st Oct?

Even I am confused on when can I fly, so I have emailed my lawyer and waiting for his response.

just to let you know that if you applied for FY 2010, you cannot fly before September 25th or 20th because FY starts from October and that is the date from where your employement starts in the US.

The lawyer stated:

The regulations say that you can enter 10 days before the employment begins which will be September 30, 2009. However, I have seen that individuals come in early all the time. So if you are ready to come you can. You cannot begin employment prior to 10/01/2009.

Can you tell me that how you got your passport back? I mean thru courier or u had to visit amex office to pick it up.
