Is it true that as per this new memo, employers are required to be in compliance by changing the H1B LCA salary amount?
For example, if my H1B LCA salary amount is say 30,000$ and I actually get paid 40,000$ , which is more than specified in LCA, then should the LCA be revised/upated again to show that the salary for me is 40000$?
If so, is there any where we can verify this?
