Hi did u get ur approval? how long will it take for the approval after receving an RFE,i just got my info from my employer its under PP and when i check it online it says an RFE was sent July2,i thought that PP is 15 days coz my employer applied on june 29 and the receipt was on the 30th of june but see the span it take them to send an RFE. Iam just too worried now how long more the agony of waiting is.Posted 3 months ago # -
Hey guys,
I read from your posts that some of you are from the Philippines. I recently got my approval on July and my employer mailed a package to me containing the stuff needed for VISA stamping.
My problem right now is I still haven't received it. My employer informed me that he mailed it on July 20th through the US Postal Service and was told that it should arrive in 5-10 business days.
I am getting worried that it got lost in transit. Anyone here having similar problems?
The Philippines postal service doesn't have a good reputation and I fear they opened it and hoping to get something. :(

@ sassy n everybody: MY CASE IS APPROVED JAZ NOW.. AUG. 4.... a week after my case was resumed... all d best 4 those hu r stil waiting..

congrats.... R you under PP or regular, is the online status up dated? I dont know when did my employer send the answer to the rfe that's why i just rely on the on line status. pls post me if u receive your docs and what to do for visa stamping.thanks and god bless!Posted 3 months ago #
