I dont know how long we will have to wait. Not only frustration but also the desperation started to hunt us. Did any of you guys got to know aby any of ur friends processing thru other consultants and got their reciept?

Hello guys.. I have also applied my H1 through this consultant and I've been trying to contact them from last few days but they are not picking up the phone and replying my emails...

I too tried to reach them multiple times but ended disappointed.....Any folks able to get any response from our consultant?

Hi Guys
Iam from India and i applied from a different consultant and even i also got a reciept num but again frustration comes into my case that is no change on my online status i got a RFE on 21 May to porvide project details and my attorney replied for that RFE on july 02 and now my online status is RFE recieved and will processing after July 2nd i just read only dis msg they never change online status i dont know when they are able to make decisions and even so many persons got approval even they had RFE later then me
So I think USCIS pays a special attention towards software proffesional dats y it takes time other who got approvals are either from medical or scientist or others only software proffesional are pendingPosted 3 months ago # -
