   Dear HSB,

   I would like to know whether switching to PP from Regular will make any difference.

   Is it that through PP they guarantee a 15 days response time?

   I have heard instances where thro premium processing they have taken more than 2 months to respond?

   Please clarify whether its guaranteed

   I can say from my experience:
   I am PP and my RFE had been required during first 15 days. when my attorney send the RFE online case status now says i have to wait 60 days.
   As a conclusion after RFE 15 days has become 60 days. moreover the RFE was because of H1 B form updates not my fault.

   So, it should be fine in your case.
   they should get back within 2 weeks may be,,as its just document update.

   How long it has been since u submitted the additional documents?

   Hi raghur,

   I wish all of us to get H1B visa.

   Raghu,
   In the same site in table it is written that H1B premium processing is terminated from 2006.
   I also got confirmation from my attorney, that in emails and etc it is a mistake that it is written PP.
   Can you please double check that you too?
