Could you please tell me whats the equivalent GPA in scale of 4.0 for 71% in Jaypee University of Information Technology?

Previously over 3 article have be published related to conversion to GPA. If you happen to read the comments in those articles, it will be very evident that some students either don’t understand English or cannot understand the context. To understand that, you must read the comments.

All the articles will clearly explain that conversion to GPA from Percentage is not possible. If you need detailed explanation, read GPA Converter post.

Respected friend
greetings
it is nice of you to share your time with many aspirants to study in usa.
my son is studying smart for his GRE AND TOEFL,he has a deep desire to pursue his M.S OR M.E Mech , robotics and mechatronics in a good university in usa.
i have been searching in the google for this purpose.and found MIT very appealing. When i saw the Tuition fees per year US$ 37000 /year then if you include his accomadation, food, books, and other expenses it will work out to us$57000/per year.
so i wrote a mail to MIT The counselor
Scholarships and Grants
MIT- Student Financial Services

they have replied this
We apologize for the mistake here. As a graduate student, we can help your son with private loans. However, we do not offer any sort of scholarship or grant money for graduate students through the financial aid office. It would be best to contact the individual department he is interested in to determine whether they have any scholarships or assistantships available. You can refer to the following website for more information about international graduate students: http://web.mit.edu/sfs/financial_aid/graduate_Intl_09_10.html

In order to determine his loan eligibility, he will need to complete the Graduate Loan Application: http://web.mit.edu/sfs/forms_and_publications/form_pdfs/09-10_GLA.pdf

now i can understand that Loan means we have to pay back the money that is used by the prospective student.in case it is granted.
i am told by some of my well informed friends that the loan will carry an 4.2 % interest.
how the MIT will finance i do not know
my mind rambling is this
on what basis they (MIT) will give loan
what security they will ask
from a student
apparently my son is from india
and i can not give my agricultural land as a collotral security to the MIT for loan amount
in what trust the educational University MIT will provide loan to my son for his needs.
though at the moment it looks like we can some how bear about 30 to 40 % of the total cost per 2 year
it looks like a dream run
please guide me further
on some good universities that are reachable for the Indian farmer son need.
thank you for your time in sharing your precious time
this blog is quite informative and quick responses to the input is quite amazing.
thanks
