One more doubt about the application process.

Lets say that Application deadline is in April and for considering for financial aid deadline ends in Feb (just an example). Now that I am awaiting my M.Tech last project viva, I have no idea when my viva will be scheduled (depends on external examiner), So I have to wait for those results because it will boost my Percentage significantly. But deadlines are fast approaching for application with financial Aid, now do you think its better to apply for university by paying application fee ( now in december)and then send all my documents in feb after I get the results in January.
1. Do they still consider for financial aid as I have already paid application fee within specified deadline for financial aid?
2. Will they consider expected percentage in application as I don’t have final sem results. I can mention M.Tech 3 semester results but I don’t want because final sem marks will increase my percentage?

Am doing final year B.Tech in Computer Science.I have an aggregate of 70% till now.
My Gre score is 1100.(370-verbal & 730-quant).Am willing to do my masters in Networks And Securities. can is get names of some universities that i can apply for with this Gre score.

I got 1210 (V-470, Quant-740)-in GRE, TOEFL score yet to receive.My CGPA 3.59 (Out of 4.00). Which universities can allow me for financial aid in Phd Program Having deadline 15 Feb or later in Fall,2009.

I passed out from Manipal Institute of Technology in the
year with 63.2% marks in the branch of Electrical &
Electronics.
I am having 28 months of work Experience in the field of
Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.
At present i am working with Sesa Goa Limited as a Senior
Engineer Electrical .
I have scored 920 marks in GRE and 74 in TOEFL(IBT).
I am very much intrested in joining your university.
My Detailed Education details :
1)12th-Science (I.S.C from Bihar Intermediate Education
council) with 72%.
2)Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics
with 63.2% of Marks in the year 2006.
3)GRE Score -920
4)TOEFL score -74
5)Presented a paper on Solid state Lighting in IEEE paper
presentation and secured 2nd prize at college level.
6) Have done 21 days summer training in Diesel locomotive
works shop at Varanasi(Uttar pradesh) India.

i have got 1130 in gre quants-770 and verbal-360 awa-3.0
i have also got 93 in toefl…..my acads till date is 67% im applyin for fall….im ece student presently in my final year…please suggest me some universities..
are there any chances for me to get aid?my field of intrest is vlsi…..
