my GRE score is 890 ‘
my Toefl score is 74
My GPA is 2.35 ( from 4.0 ) and last 2 years i got GPA 2.75
I would like to apply for M.S. in biotechnology ,molecular biology , bioengineering or environmental engineering
any universities to recommend me? I’m so tired to apply and got denied !!! or i have to take GRE again pls. advice. Thank you so much
I have listed few Low GRE Score Universities, but I would suggest to retake GRE and any score above 1100 will help you get admission. If don’t want to apply and get denied, improving your GRE score is the only option you have. Alos, GPA is on the lower side. Universities require atleast 3.0 GPA for Graduate School Admission.

i got score of 900 can i apply for university and any aid can available, with acads till 3rd 2sem with 68.75%, i cant get any one the best university not yet i haven written an tofel
It took a while to understand your question. For GRE Score 900, getting admission is possible, but in very low profile university. Getting admission with aid is impossible. If you need some form of aid with admission, then I would suggest, retaking GRE again and score more than 1200.

GRE Score 1100 is enough to get admission. You can get admission with some for of aid for Environmental Engineering, if you select schools carefully.

Hi i have scored 900in GRE(Q-590,V-310) and opt to do MS in Computer Sceince in USA… Will any university accept my GRE score… I have 80.3% in 10th ,94% in 12th,78% in BTech -IT.Sp plz help me..
For MS in Computer Science with GRE Score 900, I wouldnt apply. Consider improving your GRE Score to 1100 or more for admisison into graduate school. If you need scholarship then GRE Score above 1350 is needed.

hi ashok, no probs no 1 will consider your 12 th score as the criteria even to select for the university and also for your job purpose,so don wori. important is your undergrad scores n GRE,Toefl in which u have a appreciable scores. so don’t worri.If u think that they ll consider it jus write some reason for your bad performance in 12 th and state about your improvement further,which they can see in your profile in your s.o.p. thats it. keep conc on your studies for get abt all these . bye
10 and 12th mark sheets are not required while applying for Graduate School admisison.

Hi, I have a GRE score of 760 math, 240 analytical, and iBT TOEFL of 98. My GPA is 3.52 in Master and 3.01 for Bachelor. As a chemical engineer do I have a chance in Connecticut university of USA or not? My main worry is getting deny because I have only two papers published inside the country, not ISI. What Can I do? Also, Can I get admission from the university of Calgary, Canada? Or I should take GRE exam once again?

I have a GRE Score of 900. Toefl not received yet. GPA 3.51/4.0. Undergraduate major in Computer Science. I want to apply for MS in Computer Science in universities of CANADA like U of T, UBC, etc.. I am working as an Research Internee in another department of my University in research project. What are my chances? I intend applying to top grade universities comprising of IVY league and others for PhD in neurosciences, I want to know my chances and also is percentile of 54% in analytical is good or bad…will it ruin my chances.

@Aritra: I dont have the GRE scores for those fields off hand. I have to search, in mean time you can search in the department website. They should have listed the minimum GRE Scores.

i secured 1100 in gre(750 quant, 350 verbal). 70%graduation, 78% 12 th standard, 76% in 10 th standard, summer training in BEL( for professional LOR)wil i be able to get into top 20 universities? or should i retake gre exam?

Its Arif from Bangladesh. i have completed my graduation in computer science. i have taken gre and got 1120, 740 in quant , 380 in verbal and 3.0 in analytical; not taken toefl yet. my cgpa is 3.45 out of 4. in SSC (10th grade): 75% and HSC(12th grade) : 60%. i have no work experience. i did one project for my university under an assistant professor besides my final thesis. now i want to pursue MS / PhD in computer science …….. so if u show me a list of universities of USA and ,if possible, CANADA on ambitious, moderate and safe basis i will be grateful ….. (it’s urgent, so please reply as quickly as possible)
