H-1B Visa Update from California Service Center

By HSB

I have been trying to get latest update from USCIS status some H1B Application submitted on April,1, 2008. I know many readers are still trying to find the H1B Visa approval status. Some received RFE on H1B and some of then are waiting for security clearance.

After spending some time looking for information, I was able to get update from California Service Center on pending H1B Visa petitions.

H1B Update from California Service Center ( CSC)

The latest update is dated November 19, 2008. According to the California Service Center (CSC), as of November 19, 2008, there were 10 premium processing and 151 non-premium processing cases pending.

Source of above H1B Visa information is Capitol Immigration Law Group.

I couldn’t find any other information about H1B Visa petitions. If I find updates for Vermont Service Center, I will post it here. Subscribe to RSS feeds to stay tuned.
