Does anybody know if the person who gets this has to be back by October 1st? Will I lose my spot if I return later? I know my company has been hit by lay offs in other departments and now I am worried...Can I still apply to other jobs if I loose mine if I already get the H1-B?

Does anyone know if a significant number of H1B applications have been submitted since the removal of the master's degree requirement earlier this month? Can new petitions be filed until the cap is reached and how close is it to being reached?

Hi !

Please advice me.. I really need valuable advice and sugesstions. I have rejected thrice for student visa (F1) in the years 2004 & 2006 in chennai consulate for MBA course. I have applied for H1b visa from last three years but due to lottery system, my application was not selected. Lucky this time due to less number of petitions. My application is accepted and waiting for approval.

Can you please advice me..Will F1 Visa rejections will effect H1 B Visa stamping, if i went for stamping. Wht questions will be asked related to F1 rejections and how to answer.

I am very much confused, my friends told this will not effect becoz both are differenct type of visas.

Please reply in details interm of F1 rejection impact on H1B Visa stamping.

What is the correct time to go for Visa Stamping if my application is approved.
