My new company lawyer applied for H1B application with the USCIS on 11th December 2009 as premium processing, do you think still the 2010 cap is available and how many days it takes to get the receipt number?

Could you please answer above question please? I am curious to know whether I can make it in this year?

Hi All,
I was interviewd on 24th Sept for H1b. VO asked me very basic questions like my salary, about my interview etc. Finally she gave me yellow lettter with this bullet point marked :-
“When Admininstrative Processing is complete u will be contacted and requested to submit ur passport, this letter to the nearest VFS office” . She said they will contact me after the administrative processing. She returned my I797 original copy also.

Can any one guide me about the time line and what should i do next.

Hi Kavita,
What industry are you in and what kind of job profile do you have? To my understanding few specialty jobs undergo ‘administrative process’. My husband went through that when he got his H1 stamped. There is a group in facebook which includes all candidate like yourself and they give updates there, you can check that.
