USCIS had sent RFE to my employer and we sent back all the documents mentioned in RFE. Within 2 weeks, I found the online status as denied. My employer received the denial notice and found out that we didnt answer all the RFE and then we (me and my employer) realized that the USCIS had sent only a 2 page RFE document instead of 3 and they missed the 2nd page and hence the denial notice. NOw my employer is gonna write to them in such a way that they accept my case and send the missing 2nd page to answer their RFE completely, but its totally upto USCIS discretion whether to consider or not. What you think of my case? Is it our fault that we overlooked the RFE document or USCIS's mistake? im upset and also curious to know whats gonna happen :( Hi,

Or do i get the I-94 with the aproval notice.
