Is Raju in trouble?
USCIS will deny or revoke all petitions filed by an employer for the same H-1B worker if more than one filing is discovered. If multiple petitions are discovered, whether one or more such petitions are approved, USCIS will data enter all those duplicative petitions, retain all fees, and either deny the petitions or, if a petition was approved, revoke the petition. The petitions will not be returned to the petitioner…..

I’ve talked to 3 immigration lawyers, all of whom have said that there were less applicants this year compared to last year. That being said, they mostly predicted a lottery, just with better odds this year.
What the heck is this? Don’t you guys ever have any sense of dignity feeling ashamed of screwing other people’s quota who have real jobs?? How amazing it is ppl here are still giving “advice” to this dude! I agree with Julius. I’d really love to drag this dude to USCIS by my own hands. what the heck
Who is this numbskull. He can’t construct a proper sentence yet he professes to know the game and we are supposed to believe it? He’s lucky he hasn’t revealed too much personal information or I would personally contact USCIS to flag him.

I am not gonna discourage you at this point of time as ur eagerness is priceless at your point of view, but don’t be stubborn in your thought always, bcos all the people who r giving suggestions to you won’t be selfish. Doing the ‘trial and error’ is acceptable, but doing it on the thing which we much awaiting is silly, as far as me. I mean, this year USCIS might desperately look to prevent the case like you. Eventhough you are saying, all the 5 job offers are geniune, USCIS may raise RFE, which you must able to handle it well, to get it clear. Keep in mind, the lost jobs are millions in numbers in the month of January alone..!!
As you said if you have genuine offers, then go ahead, best wishes for you..!!
But if you want to play the game with the system, you will feel the pain later, which can’t be explained..!!

There are high possiblity that your H1B will be picked up in lottery or select without lottery.
But How will you face VO with fake project and clients. These days consultants are sending their employee back to india. Why do they call you?
There will be less than 85,000 applications for the H1B visa within the first week – I agree with the 64% of the voters in the poll on this site. This will also include the 5 applications sent out by the overly enthusiastic future BMW owner! I am sure you will get here this year my friend, trust me – a big surprise awaits you, wish you well.
Well, the people at USCIS are not a bunch of bunnies who can’t see the fraud that Raju is trying to attempt. With the new wave of enforcement, there is a high chance that Raju and his “employers” will be in big trouble.

All d best for 4 applications, but plz dont try to create panic for others , I dont know from where you got this data,but after talking to CA lawyer and couple of TCS HR managers,this yr quota wont be completed , since all Indian MNC’s are not applying since there is no project like last yr.
I guess plp from TCS or infy can cross check it, coz HR team havent contact any one(NO EMAILs) as such,,,to provide h1b docs with resume as they used to do till last yr.
