my husband h1 is denied,we are really upset since he is on l1 and his co pushing him to go back though mine h1 is approved.
Can u please tell me can we reopen my husband case and wat if we want to change our attorneys …pl raghu help me….we are under lot of stress

hi jayanath..any update.I got an mail from my emp..he told me to wait..he will

send my papers in jan2009..from feb i can work.when i ask them the reason for this delay..they told me that currently they dont have any project.if i wana papers then they will send and may n 22IG form issued at the time of counsiln.dat is the only reason.It is for our secruty.delay is better then rejection na.so dunn loose ur heart.

Thanks for the response…I indeed asked for such scan copy but my employer says that I will be getting my docs not later by october mid (although earlier they said, sept mid and now they came back saying that it is oct mid)…they say that they always send docs with due delay…i am just counting the days now…

hi jayanthi..i am also in same situation.My application is also approved on july22nd and still waitin for my docs..but i gt the scanned copy of my I797C ,Ask ur emp to send u the scanned copy.

Hello Raghu,

My application got “APPROVED” status on June4th but till date I havenot received any documents. Whenever I call up my consultancy, they say that I will get them but havent see anything tilll now. Bit frustrating and worried now. Is it possible that we have such cases where there is a delay in sending the documents.

Hello Raghu,

I am on H4 visa in the states and my H1B is applied in the vermont office. I got the receipt number from my employer and it shows that my case was received on 7th April 2008. Till date it appears “CASE RECEIVED AND PENDING” when I check online. My employer told me recently that they received some minor RFE regarding my eligibility for H1B and they have replied to the USCIS. But the case status still shows “CASE RECEIVED AND PENDING”. Is it possible that the case status does not get updated online even if they send an RFE? If yes then how long will it take for my case status to change? I would appreciate any valuable comments on my case.

My case is in vermont and notice date is on may 2. i got rfe and uscis received the response on july 16 but nothing reponse till now. Anybody has idea and can tell me how long it takes to get it approved. Please i request u all.

its starts with EAC. i was waiting for the approval very long time. my case is going on since 7th of may and after RFE finally i got it. my question is does anyone know how long it takes to get approval notice send. im just trying to plan ahead with the embassy interview and all.
