in H1B Visa

In last 28 days, there have been more than 450 comments written by readers. Most of those comments are related to H1B Visa approval, receipt numbers and processing time, USCIS case status, .. Almost for every article there are 30 to 150 comments and it makes really difficult to follow all the comments.

Most of the time, question you ask is already answered by different reader in different article. To make things much easier for everyone, I have created a simple interface forum. It will be very easy to for all the readers to track all H1B Related updates.

H1B 2010 Tracker

I created a new thread H1B Visa 2010 Processing Time Tracker where you can post your H1B Petition details, it will be helpful for all the applicants to see who is getting H1B approval when. You will be asked to register with your email address before you can actually post your comment.

My case was masters with premium processing. They reeived my papers on 19 June ( Friday)..Approval came today 24 june ( wednesday) .
And as mentioned in these posts , the online status shows pending. They still have slots, which actually increased over last week ( 20,000 from 17,000) after withdrawls and rejections.

Receipt number for my petition came on April 13th and approval on April 16th. My case was masters with premium processing (CSC). The CIS online case status still shows the case as pending. So I am thinking that it is not updated real time.

I got the Approval notice from the attorney today. And it showed date of April 16th as the approval date. So guys keep checking with your attorney or company about it.

Hey guys,

can anyone advise on sequence of steps to be followed to make a trip to your country once you receive the approval notice for H1B.

i guess there will be pretty many who will be on the same boat & would be seeking a ray of hope to visit their homecountry after being here for such a long waiting period.

good luck to all.
