First place you are not suppose to give any money for H-1B filing. USCIS won't refund your money because your case is denied. Money is gone...! but i wanna get d refund.. but my employer says he spent already a lot of money and said he can’t return anything back.. and he added that he will refund only if d case is not picked up in d lottery.. is he true? is ther any way to get my money back…i went for normal processing only…plz help me thro this difficult stage.. i’ll go and meet m employer once after reading ur comments…coz i don know wat 2 do now..
