GRE Exam Registration

  1. ETS ( Educational Testing Service) conducts GRE Exam
  2. Use ETS GRE website as main source of information
  3. Get complete understanding of  what is required to Register for the GRE Test.
  4. Make sure you have all the required documents even before registering the GRE Exam.
  5. While booking GRE Test Dates make sure you give the name as given in your passport.
  6. Don’t register for GRE if you don’t have Surname ( or last name) in the passport.
  7. Add last name in your passport, then register for GRE Exam.
  8. Find out payment options available and use the option ( Credit/Debit Cards, Check, Money Order, Western Union, …) that is convenient to you.
  9. Plan well in advance, so you don’t make any mistakes.
  10. Talk to Regional Registration Center in your country to get additional information on GRE Exam process.

the awestrucking thing in the website of ets was if u don’t have a middle name and although it is not a required field the website is not letting you to leave it blank. even if you leave the fax no blank the same thing happens. can HSB help me find the solution.
i don’t have a middle name
wat to write in the middle name column?

I was going through prometric website for finding dates for appearing in JULY 2011 (AS STATED IN YOUR BLOG FOR that all students would rush to appear for old GRE format) .Till months dec 2010 dates available were clearly mentioned,where as for months 2011 jan onwards I got the following message

No seats were found that match your request. Please choose a different month and click the ‘Go’ button or choose another test site that may offer more convenient appointment options.

SO WHAT DOES IT IMPLY that all dates are booked or registration of
dates have not started
In general how many months early should we register for july 2011 GRE exam
Kindly help
