hey..Once I am done with my 29 months of OPT and still if I don’t get my H1 . Will I have any buffer period left ? ? like 2 or 3 extra months after completion of OPT ? ?

is it 27 + 2 months buffer time ? ? I heard this some where . . or u will have 29 + buffer period of 2 months ? ? ?

Also if I start my OPT on October 4th 2010 will I be able to apply for APRIL 2013 H1 ? ? cos October 4th 2010 – March 4th 2013 will be my OPT period . .
