Out state fee is $7,710 a semester. Instate fee is $2,280. This Washington state doesn't have residential fee. After marriage if a wife stays in that state for 1 year they could enjoy this residential fee. but only in Washington state its like this. George Washington University is lot better. Having lived in the U.S. for 46 years (1960 - 2006), I have noticed the change is cost of living. My semester fee as a full-time student at Kansas State University was $154.00 classified as a in-state student because of cooperative arrangement with Osmania Univ. College of Agriculture. I suggest students look into Sweden for Master's and Ph.D. degrees as the quality of education is fine and reportedly there is no tuition fee for postgraduate studies.
