Interesting comment from a reader who received RFE (query) on H1B Petition
Can anybody tell me the FAX number for faxing the TARP form to CIS?
Also where I can get that TARP Form?
I ask this Question is because my Immigration lawyer maybe run away and I couldn’t find him.

You have to find a new attorney, if your current attorney is not responding. How did you get the RFE details if you cannot contact the attorney?
New Immigration attorney should able to help you in submitting the new form to USCIS. Why do you want to take the risk by doing it by yourself?

The average quality of posts on this site is pretty much anecdotal. How can you post something based off the false assumptions of your reader? He can’t contact his lawyer, thus the lawyer ran away?

There is no such thing as a TARP form. There is just a question about TARP funding on I-129 page 13.
You can fill that one page with all the information you had on your old I-129 and answer No to the TARP question if your company has not taken in any funding.
Also I don’t think you can fax that form. You will have to mail this form with the actual RFE you received to the address that is mentioned on you RFE. Make sure you send it before the date that is mentioned on your RFE.
