First of all, Your GRE score is low. If u don’t have any plans to retake then its upto you. As u mentioned, you have to take IELTS, try to score at least 7.0 to cover up gre. Coming to the academics, I am expecting that you don’t have any backlogs in ur UG.
The universities which u listed are moderate as well as ambi for your profile.. Chances of getting into CSU long beach are average…
Few universities I suggest are Arkansas state university, CSU Fullerton, North Western Polytechnic Univ , New York Institute of Technology.
