RFE On H1B Visa Petition
Do add your comments if you think employer can provide all the details required by USCIS. I know it will be very difficult to provide all the project details and letter from client. But, to avoid H1B Abuse and fraud then USCIS would have to ask such questions.

HI All,
I got an RFE on 21 May 2009 and it resumed on 2 June 2009 I had applied for fresh H1 FY2010 and till now my current status in USCIS shows that case is in processing my question is this type of RFE can get approval and how much time it takes to get approve.
Is some one has same RFE and got approved pls help me here

Submit the itinerary of the work sites the beneficiary is assigned to, includes the specific dates, location and name of the each of the work sites where the beneficiary will work.
submit the letter from each work site, that identifies the name of the project the beneficiary is assigned to, the name of the vendor through whom the beneficiary’s service are provided and whether the work site has the ability to assign the beneficiary to a different employer………..
For each of the work site submit a letter from the business with ultimate control and authority over the beneficiary’s work. The letter must address the title and the duties of the beneficiary’s position, the minimum education required for the contracted position, The name and title of the primary person who supervise or will supervise the beneficiary at work site…..
Hi All,
I also got RFE & need company letter. Is it possible that i can cancel this H1b application, since a different company is filing my fresh H1b. Is that going to create any problems? If i dont respond to RFE will it have negative effect on either my side or that company?
Pls help.
Could anyone refer some trusted consultants or company to file H1B visa for me for CAP 2010.. I am currently working in India and have 6+yrs of experience in Embedded systems software.. Thanks in advance..

It’s better that you reply to the RFE while also filing another H1b with your other employer. One does not affect the other. Just know that if you do not reply to the RFE, it will simply be rejected. As for the fresh H1b, USCIS had already reached its quota, so your chances of approval are slimmer (slimmer, but not impossible).
Ooops sorry, the USCIS has NOT announced that it has reached it’s quota yet. Nobody panic!

hello Guys , i am pharmacist from Egypt , Rite aid soponsord me h1 this year , and they send me recepit number , they use reqular processing i mean not premium processing, i am not master degree,
i see every day the status online , but it says recieved and pending
so i am so nervous and tention
can any body tell me the expectation date for regular process , did anybody got the aproval with reqular process not master degree

don’t be nervous! the time is about 2 months to get the result.. i saw in the forum that some pharm intern applicants already got their approval notices. I am also waiting for mine… My batch is 146.. so I think i will be able to receive it end of May.

I also got RFE from company mine is american s/w company however services one,now problem is i work for company not at client sites thus don’t know anything about client.It is very difficult for me to obtain client letter saying he is working for us.Is there any other alternative document that i can send instead of client letter
