Reduce College Costs - Take AP
Spending $117 per exam on the APs will amount to nothing. Although you need a score above 3, which is possible with hard work.
You can “test out” from some of your introductory classes/credit, hence you won’t be paying for those credits.
Don’t forget, you also got an edge on your application over other fellows. Your can reduce college costs by thousands by taking AP tests.
Work Part Time
You can work part-time to pay part of your costs.
Be sure your work and school schedules don’t conflict and that you have enough time for studying.
For U.S. Citizens
If you are a US citizen, check out with universities, they have scholarship categories. Try to find a spot.
Don’t forget the FAFSA too!
Also for becoming an in-state student, you need to be a resident of a state rather than being a US citizen.
Small Things Can Save a LOT
Small things such as renting/buying used books can make a difference.
Another point! If you aren’t living on campus, try to share your room with others(rent too ).
