TOFEL – TOFL – TOFLE – TEOFL – TOEFL – Which is Right?

By HSB

International students applying to US Universities are required to appear for TOEFL Exam. But, some students don’t know right Acronym for TOEFL.

Different search terms used to search for TOEFL  but which is the right one?

Right Answer – TOEFL

The Test of English as a Foreign Language (or TOEFL, pronounced “toe-full”) evaluates the ability of an individual to use and understand English in an academic setting. It is an admission requirement for non-native English speakers at many English-speaking colleges and universities.

When you search for TOEFL next time, use the right term :) and don’t use  incorrect Acronmys like TOFEL,  TOFL,  TOFLE,  TEOFL, toefel, toefle, toeffl, tefl, toffel, tofle, toeffel.

Hi my TOEFL score expires in march 2010.Can I apply only uptil Jan 2010 session? This yr i applied to univ but didn’t get admit anywhere. Reason for rejection in one university was that my degree was under 2yr Diploma+3 yr Degree system after senior secondary. The Professor from the department was very much willing for my admission but graduate school rejected my application.
also pls suggest me regarding the universities in Canada as i m there right now. Do u know if University of Guelph compares with the education standards in U.S.
