I am about to finish my masters in computer application .I want the list of European and Canadian universities ,for admission in to Ms OR PHD WITHOUT TOEFL and GRE.
Are there any universities who take admissions only on the basis of TOEFL,in engineering field?

Thank you for this ranking. It is most helpful. I am a medical doctor with MBBS form a university in Nigeria and am interested in doing a masters in infectious disease or immunology in a canadian university. I already have some choices. However i will like to know if I have to pay the fees in full to get a student visa, what requirements do I need to meet to increase my chances of getting a visa.
Also I am about to take the IELTS and I am wondering if it is valid in canadian universities even though I had my undergraduate training in English Language.
Lastly is there a score I should aim at to get a scholarship in a canadian university and which universities offer such opportunities

We need an IELTS score for canadian universities.
A band of 6.5 is a minimum requirement.Having a score band of 7-7.5 on 10 is always safe
