Sir, I have completed my B.Tech in information technology this year with 80% aggr.kindly advise me regarding wat is the best post graduate field to choose,m.tech,ms or mba.

Yes, It possible and you can do it. You need to see if you can transfer in some classes. These two subject are at very different ends of education, so if you want to do something else make sure you are guided correctely.
