UK Student Loan Interest 0%; Should US Follow UK?

So, what do you think after watching the above video? Most likely 0% interest rate will Citizens of UK  (don’t have much details on loan eligibility in UK). If International Students are eligible to get Student Loan for 0%, then most of the students thinking about attending Graduate School in US will seriously consider UK for Masters and PhD program.
