    this is a very useful site.

    I have done ms biotechnology. now i m preparing for GRE and planning to go in fall 2010. but the difficulty is m going through dental treatment and it can't possible to go in fall. should i continue my process to ms biotech in usa.is this possible to get i20 and visa for fall 2010 and go in january intake.

    please suggest me some guidelines for what to do now.

    also suggest good universites having intake for january aswell for ms biotechnoloy/mol.bio & genetics or psm.

    i am studying for gre and TOEFL ,and i have passed out in 2009 this year with B.E(I.T), PLEASE SUGGEST ME that do students go in spring also is their intake of students, because i won't be able to go in fall as i have not given the exam.please reply as early as possible

    im currently doing b.tech (cs).

    I am student of UPTU(utter pradesh technical university) i failed in my second year and im repeating my second year as an 'Ex' student.wat i want to kno is that am i still eligible for toefl,gre/gmat?

    if yes, can i give toefl when im in 3rd year and go abroad (USA only)??

    (i will be doing 3rd year as regular student)

      Yes, you can write GRE and TOEFL. Your background in college is not an criteria to write GRE and TOEFL.

        1) i want to kno that can i give my toefl in third year and do my final year from a US university ie is it possible to do my final year from there??

        2) after my btech i want to do both mba n mtech from US.
        if i do my final year from there then also i will have to give gmat n gre or there is no need for that?

        3) can i do both mtech n mba at the same time,im planning to do online mba while regular mtech both from different universities if not possible then may be from same.

    hey hi!, my gre score is 1430, i have 2 ieee papers published, 1 national level paper published, 4 international level awards, 12 national level awards, everything in robotics. i have 61% in acads, which is just average for pune university…

    can you please suggest me where can i apply?? it will be really helpful, thank you!

    Is there anyone can guide me abt my study for PhD in USA in Top 10 insti.

    How much GRE score is required.

    i have scored 1130 in gre (quant-750 and ver-380) AW scres are still awaited and palnning to take toefl in dec 1st week. Im going to apply for PhD in Biotech in USA awa in Canada.Can i get admssn and plz can u guide me with the uni accepting this scr.. Waiting 4 ur reply.

    I completed B.Sc in EEE.my GRE preparation is not good right now. i want to sit for GRE Nov,19 and toefl at the end of november or in first december.my expectation is 1300 in GRE & 100 in TOEFL.will i get funding.I am in a confusion that is it to much late or not.please response.

    "Understanding Early Admissions Programs and Policies

    How they benefit the prospective student and the school"

    i want to record here my search lead me into many sites but honestly i am still not enlightened.

    1)Early Decision — An option that allows you to apply early (usually in November) to your clear, first-choice college. You pledge to attend if accepted. If you're a competitive candidate, you stand a statistically better chance to be admitted under Early Decision.

    2)Early Action — Similar to Early Decision in timing (November due date for applications) but nonbinding. If accepted, you do not have to enroll and you may take until May 1 to decide. Early Action is fading in its popularity due to the move by colleges to seek an enrollment commitment from their applicants. Acceptance

    percentage is higher than that of regular-decision pool

    is there a possibility to find out this choice in the particular university in which the aspiring student aiming for.

    can any one guide me to this terminology and

    does this choice puts one in a advantageous position regarding admission in to the chosen university.

    I`ve completed my B.Tech Biomedical Engineering.

    GRE score : 1240

    Splits are Quants 730 and verbal 510

    My academic % =73

    i ve not given toefl yet.. please suggest me .. if it would be fine if i give toefl after applying ..

    greetings, i have been goggling in the net for USA Universities,

    there are different types of ranking about USA UNIVERSITIES

    1.Ranking

    2.public

    3.private

    4.Tier 1

    5.Tier 4

    etc

    many knowledgeable and seniors who are well versed in this affair can enlighten on this topic.Since studying in USA Involves most Precious time and Money.

    i do not want to land up my son or any of my country students in a unrecognized or some fly by night universities just for the sake of being in USA. Some of my country man will look an opportunity for being in USA for certain reasons.My utmost reason is good education, which will help the aspiring student to be at the top of his knowledge circle, and contribute to the society at large.

    hope many including the admin of this wonderful blog will voice their view on the most important(at least for me)topic
