H1B Visa FY 2013 Cap was reached and employers and now falling back to Plan B.
Even the students who are left in limbo with expiring OPT are looking for Plan B and Plan C.

H1B visas have run out for the fiscal 2013 year; this means that the pool of countries US companies can hire from is now much smaller (Canada and Australia?)
How will this change hiring (e.g. will it increase employability of Canadian/Australian tech workers?)
