If I am planning to make money out of it through advertising (And I mean specialized ads and not the google ads), is the website supposed to be registered as a company (proprietorship)? If yes, can I, as a student/immigrant, register a website company in the US or would it be feasible to do so in India?

With affiliate links are not PPC links. Referral fees is given only if someone buys the product. Thats the beauty of the referrals. I’m likely to buy something only after reading the reviews. I will trust the reviews of folks I follow and believe in. Thats it.
There are so many hosting providers, but new bloggers need to hit the ground running. People have assumed you need to have CS background and coding skills to run a website.
