7. Do u think it is a good idea to apply in Spring ? I have read ur articles on “Difference in Fall Or Spring” and “Graduate Admission Fall or Spring” . But some of my seniors told me that students who come in Spring are not considered for internships as it is necessary to complete 9 months in USA to get summer internships . And hence, Fall students have an edge over Spring students. Is this true ?

   • Nope, you have to satisfy degree requirements to get degree awarded.

    • Depends on your salary after completing Masters Degree, your spending habits, how much money you can save.

    • In rare cases universities will reconsider applications, if your profile is changed by the time you applied to time when decision was made.

15. My educational back ground (10th(74%) and 12th(80%) government school) is not that much good. This time I am a final year student of DCE, computer engg dep’t. My score till now is around 68%. 33. Mahi - I have completed my graduation in Computer Science. My GPA is 2.9 but my GRE score is 1380 and tofel score is 110 . Is there any possibility of getting myself admitted into  any US graduate school for a MS/Phd ??? I have some publications on my subject. I have a desire to get a Phd but is it possible with such a poor GPA?? I will be grateful to you if you inform me on this.
