i think you should leave michigan and choose others on basis of the coures offered in MS and out of state tution fees.
One correction $36k is amount mentioned on I-20 and not tuition fee.. tuition fee totally depends on how many credits you take. For me it’s 8 per semester and i’ll be paying $1260 per credit. so tuition fee comes around $20240 per semester.
I’ll be joining NEU this Fall and graduating in 2014.. .as I haven’t completed a single semester , can’t tell whether the school is good or not. But from the info I got from my seniors, the school is very good , then there is co-op program which lets you work full time for one semester (for CS everybody get’s co-op), you get internships, on-campus jobs. many people had saved enough to pay a semester or twos tuition.So frm what my seniors told me it’s worth spending 36L (although we’ll end up spending not more than 20L)

I have been got selected at Florida Institute of Technology for Bachelor of Science program in Software Engineering for spring 2013.Even have received scholarship on the basis of merit is of $10,000 annually but still have to pay $19360 annually to pursue further studies.
